A pink and green living room was never on my agenda a few years ago. I have always loved green, but only ever used pink sparingly, in flower arrangements or artwork. However, when we purchased our dark green sofa, we needed another sofa to complement it and I was left scratching my head.

I didn’t want another dark green sofa, as I felt this was green overload. My initial thought was to go with a mustard velvet sofa, but when I visited the sofa showroom, it just didn’t work.

This was when we put a few fabrics together, and I loved how pink and green worked. We ended up with a pink and green velvet sofa in our living room and we loved it.
